I'm a recently retired granola maker/B&B host/business owner/"travel ambassador"/audiologist/waitress/sales clerk/child care provider/nanny/manufacturer/book keeper/chambermaid/teacher's aide/library assistant/house cleaner.

This is Vermont after all. It's normal to work multiple jobs . I've spent the last 34 years working at least three jobs at once. I enjoyed most of them and learned things from all of them. I was also a single mom to my son who is now 30 years old. Being a parent has been my most favorite job.

For at least the past 10 years I have been writing with a group of women in Randolph, Vermont who came together under the guidance of Sara Tucker. We write about our lives, our families and whatever crazy things we wish to tackle. This has connected me with some wonderful women friends and has allowed me to share my writing which would otherwise be confined to my journal.
