About
I used to lead safaris in Tanzania. Now I make books. I grew up in Randolph, Vermont, but left when I was 18. I have been homesick ever since. I once wrote an article about things to do in Paris which ran in Condé Nast Traveler with a thumbnail sketch of me riding a Segway past the Eiffel Tower and a bio that read "Author of 'Our House in Arusha. Married to a Frenchman.' " The same magazine sent me to Moscow in February with instructions to find a pharmacy that was open at midnight. My newest book is called "Becoming Madame Texier." You can buy it from Amazon or from the Korongo Books online store.
